I found one in my dads house that doesn’t work how do I take it apart and fix it?
Just picked one up to today at a thrift store for $7
This video was really helpful, So far it seems to be in working condition. I’m going to put some film in it tomorrow and take it for a test run! Thanks
Just got one of these in the charity shop where I work, found this information realllly useful so thanks. Think I mite have to buy it
Hey, this video was really helpful, because I wasn’t sure it worked. I just found my grandpa’s olympus lying around in my house so I’m gonna buy a flash and film and use it!
just picked one up myself and I’m really looking forward to getting some film in it.
Very simple camera to operate but beautiful.
Excellent video.
I have the opposite problem with the light meter. When I put it on A it won’t shoot even if I’m pointing directly at a lamp.
I just took her out of a drawer at my parents’ after 20 years, I guess it’s just dirty. But what is exactly the part that reads the light? Which part should I clean?
i just found one for £1at a boot sale. Still working ^^
I have this camera , and it’s amazing take some pics, very funny.
got one for a dollar today.
Can you record with it?
aww ur married! Great review! Love it.
@MrHarriet19891
I am also having the same problem, if you figured out how fix it or what is the problem plz let me know.
hai, please info us about parallax correction marks and how to use it. I cant get centre / always get crop picture in zone system.
good video. i like how happy you are haha
The aperture blade is working though (or looks like it) thanks for the video
I have an old trip olympus. I am trying to figure out whether or not it works. When I have the setting on the red A aperture setting the red tongue comes up in the viewfinder even if in a bright light setting or with my hand covering the lens.
When i use the manuel aperture settings, the red tongue also just never turns up in darkness or light.
There is no film in the camera currently if that makes a difference.
Just wondering if anyone has any advice.
Thanks
Excellent camera got mine in 1980 and still works fine sadley 35mm film is on its way out and soon be thing of the past.
